WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Someone was shot in Derby on Tuesday during a meetup for a sale arranged online, police say.
It happened about 2:15 p.m. near Overlook Drive and Buckner Street on the northeast side of town, according to the City of Derby.

Officials said the victim got into the suspect’s car to carry out the transaction. While they were in the car, the suspect shot them, police said.
