ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Shoppers at the Nob Hill Business Center are facing a new parking policy that could result in a $75 ticket if not followed.
KOB 4 spent time in Nob Hill discussing the changes with shoppers. The parking lot, once free, now requires payment, and some shoppers feel they weren’t adequately warned.
