SPOKANE, Wash. – A Spokane woman was sentenced to one year and one day in prison on Wednesday for an unprovoked attack against another woman in August 2024.
29-year-old Latia T. Quarles was also sentenced to 18 months of community custody after prison and 10 years of no contact with the victim. She has one prior felony conviction.
