The Rusty Mug isn’t meant to be like other antique stores — or coffee bars. Since 2018, married owners Lindsey Eves and Brian Chastain have combined their love of collecting, entertaining and coffee to create a space that they say is not just a shop, but an experience.
“We’re trying to stay away from the typical antique [atmosphere], you know, the doilies, dolls,” Chastain said. “Some of that, but we’re trying to create our own vibe too.”
