TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – As 13 News has reported, the city of Tucson is facing a nearly $30 million deficit.
The city is considering several fee and rate increases to help, including charging more for water, trash, and development applications.
The mayor and council are also considering a $3 per month Clean City Fee to fund “graffiti abatement, homeless encampment cleanup, illegal dumping response, community cleanups, and a homeless work program.”…
