POTOMAC, Md. — Staff at a Potomac home for seniors repeatedly complained about the behavior of a man suspected of killing resident and philanthropist Robert Fuller Jr., according to a lawsuit his partner filed against the facility.
A Cogir Senior Living employee, Maurquise James, has been charged with first-degree murder for the death of Robert Fuller, Jr.
