The Durham Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. at 101 City Hall Plaza. The board will review two variance requests:
- Case B2500038 – A request for a variance from riparian buffer standards at 3719 Bivins Road (Residential Rural zoning, Lake Michie/Little River District B Watershed Overlay).
- Case B2500030 – A request for a variance from impervious surface limits at 1 Pickard Place (Planned District Residential 3.990 zoning, Falls/Jordan District B Watershed Overlay).
