GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A 15-year-old showed up at a Grand Rapids hospital Thursday evening with a gunshot wound, according to police.
Just before 10 p.m., the teen arrived at a hospital on Michigan Street. He had been shot, according to the Grand Rapids Police Department.
