KALAMAZOO, Mich. — After 10 days of repair work, Howard Street in southwest Kalamazoo is reopening in time for Thursday’s evening commute.
Crews had closed down Howard Street, between Oakland Drive and Crosstown Parkway, March 9 for water utility repairs, according to the City of Kalamazoo.

The closure was then extended through Thursday.
