3 teenagers waive preliminary hearing after allegedly firing guns outside Lancaster Township apartment complex

LANCASTER, Pa. — Three teenagers have waived their preliminary hearing after being accused of allegedly firing handguns outside a Lancaster Township apartment complex.

The Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office alleges that Nahkell Brown, Terrance Mitchell and Keziah Foster fired 10 to 20 shots in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 200 block of Dickens Drive at around 4 p.m. on Feb. 10.

Officials say that no one was injured as a result of the incident. The district attorney’s office said that information found during the investigation determined that a bystander in the parking lot was the intended target…
