Woman returns home to find unknown man on her couch, Lebanon police say

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lebanon man is facing charges after he was found sleeping on a random woman’s couch, according to police.

The man, who police identified as Matthew Butler, 37, of Palmyra, is also accused of stealing a neighbor’s vehicle.

Officers were called to a home in the 700 block of Locust Street around 5 p.m. March 7 and spoke with the homeowner, who said she arrived home to find Butler, who she did not know, on her couch…
