MFD investigating arson after home set on fire twice in 24 hours

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Investigators with the Memphis Fire Department are searching for suspects after a Bethel Grove home was set on fire twice within 24 hours.

MFD says crews responded Wednesday morning to a home on Lowell Avenue near Lamar Avenue just after 8:15 a.m. Investigators determined the fire was intentionally set.

MFD responded again overnight Friday just after midnight to the same home. Fire officials believe the house was set on fire a second time…
