VIRGINIA — A Virginia woman is facing multiple felony charges after deputies discovered drugs, cash, and a firearm in her vehicle, according to the Rockbridge County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded around 6 p.m. Monday to Willow Springs Road after receiving a report of a woman slumped over in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. When authorities arrived, they were able to wake the woman and began an investigation.
A sheriff’s office K-9 was deployed and alerted deputies to the presence of illegal drugs. During a search of the vehicle, authorities recovered cocaine, clonazepam, more than $5,000 in cash, digital scales, a stolen 9mm handgun, and additional drug paraphernalia…
