HOPEWELL, Va. — A 32-year-old man is recovering in the hospital after being shot in the arm during an argument in a Hopewell neighborhood Thursday afternoon.
Police responded to multiple 911 calls for shots fired around 4:15 p.m. on Ruth Harris Way.
