An anonymous tip led U.S. marshals to the last defendant in a shooting that left one man dead and his brother wounded in 2016.
Malik Boone, who turns 32 on Sunday, was arrested without incident at about 6:16 a.m. Thursday inside a relative’s home in the 4800 block of Merion Avenue in Philadelphia, Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark told BreakingAC.
