BEDFORD, Va. (WFXR)- Three former workers of Cardinal Senior Living in Bedford are charged with abuse and neglect of a vulnerable adult.
According to the Bedford Police Department, the investigation began on November 19, 2025. The alleged victim, an elderly female, was a resident of the facility at the time.
Police secured warrants on Sunday, March 15 for the following individuals:
- Shaniesha Robinson, 31, of Bedford
- Samira Payne, 44, of Lynchburg
- Latrina Scott, 51, of Lynchburg
