CRANSTON, R.I. (WJAR) — Newly obtained video by NBC 10 shows both the violent carjacking of a Cranston woman and the chaotic arrest of the suspect just minutes later.
Ring camera footage captured around 11:20 p.m. on Feb. 4 shows a woman standing in the roadway on Dyer Avenue, blocking traffic.
