The incident happened on Wednesday, March 18, at around 1:45 p.m. between Exits 30 and 36 on Interstate 90 in Central New York, New York State Police announced on Thursday, March 19.
According to police, the driver was hauling an over-height excavator on a flatbed trailer when the vehicle struck multiple overpasses while traveling westbound.
