FITCHBURG, Wis. (WMTV) – A catering company is inviting Wisconsinites to check out its new location and enjoy a meal of fresh fish. Starting next Friday, Blue Plate Catering Company will hold a series of Friday events called the Fowler Fish Fry at their new home, 5302 Verona Road in Fitchburg.
David Porto, the General Manager for Blue Plate Catering, said there will be an option to pre-order from a select menu allowing for families and friends to enjoy each other’s company instead of waiting for a table to open.
