LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A 36-time arrestee will remain jailed as he finds himself at the center of a battle between Las Vegas Metropolitan Police and a local judge.
Judge Suzan Baucum said Joshua Sanchez-Lopez would continue to be detained on multiple counts from his latest arrest, including forgery.
Sanchez-Lopez refused transport for non-medical reasons, said Baucum, who added that she believed he was a “clear and present danger to this Las Vegas community.”…
