The Summit County Fiscal Office is reminding property owners that the deadline to file a complaint challenging the valuation of their real estate is Tuesday, March 31.
Property owners who disagree with the county’s valuation have the opportunity to file a complaint with the Summit County Board of Revision. Following the complaint’s filing, the board will hold a hearing, review any testimony or evidence provided, and decide whether an adjustment to the property valuation is warranted.
