ANN ARBOR, MI – An Ann Arbor resident is suing the city’s housing commission, saying their child fell through the floor of a rotted bathroom.
The Ann Arbor Housing commission knew about the water damage to one of its properties at least four years prior Azeza Kasham’s child falling through the floor, according to a lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan on March 13.
