A Lillington man has been arrested in connection with a 2025 shooting in Harnett County that left one woman dead and two people injured, authorities said.
Deputies responded around 11:36 p.m. on June 21, 2025, to reports of gunfire on Bethea Road, according to the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office. When they arrived, they found a gathering of more than 100 people at a residence across from the Shawtown Community Building at 21 Bethea Road.
Deputies found 48-year-old Yoashica McKeithan dead in the parking area of the community building. Two other victims – 39-year-old Timothy Elliott and 30-year-old Albany Little – were injured but expected to recover. Both received treatment at the scene before being taken to local hospitals…
