The City of Brookville reminds residents and businesses that all transient solicitors must register with the Brookville Police Department before conducting business within city limits. This requirement follows legislation passed by the Brookville City Council in late 2025.
Residents who wish to prevent solicitors from visiting their property can register for the city’s Do Not Solicit list by completing the form available on the city website and returning it to the police department.
