GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — Two men were charged Wednesday in an alleged drug smuggling scheme that occurred at the Greenville County Detention Center.
South Carolina Law Enforcement Division officials said 38-year-old Clarence Jamar Mason and 37-year-old Faraji Taajwar Glenn, an inmate at the jail, were involved in the operation.
According to arrest warrants, in September 2025, Mason disguised papers containing K2, or synthetic marijuana, as legal documents. Officials said Mason had Glenn’s attorney bring the drug-laced papers to Glenn at the detention center…
