Harrisburg Heat brings games back to Hersheypark Arena

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — After years of discussion, the Harrisburg Heat are officially making a return to Hershey — bringing professional indoor soccer back to a venue with deep roots in the franchise’s history.

Team owner Carl Delmont says the idea has been circulating for some time, but this season it’s finally becoming reality.

“The long history is the team used to be the Hershey Impact and played in Hershey until they moved them to Harrisburg in ’91 and renamed them the Harrisburg Heat,” Delmont explained…
