LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A group of teenagers in ski masks were seen running near the area of a shots fired incident in Lancaster city Friday, according to police.
Officers were called around 3:30 p.m. to the area of Green and South Plum streets after receiving reports of the shooting.
