MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis man wanted in the rape of a nine-month-old infant was captured Friday in Jackson, Tennessee.
Isaiah Hayes, 27, was wanted in Shelby County on charges of aggravated rape of a child, conspiracy to commit aggravated rape of a child and especially aggravated solicitation of a minor.
He is in the Madison County Jail awaiting extradition back to Shelby County…
