MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A suspect is under arrest and charged in connection to a mid-December Montgomery shooting, court filings are confirming
Dakarion Serico McDonald, 23, of Montgomery, is charged with assault related to a Dec. 14 shooting in the 2000 block of Troy Highway.
According to the filings, McDonald walked over to a vehicle and asked those inside if they wanted to buy some marijuana.
After being told no, the suspect reportedly asked one of the people inside the vehicle where he was from and if he ever hung out with someone that robbed another person, the documents explain…
