Bond reform keeps repeat offenders in jail longer, Horry County solicitor says

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – The latest bond reform in South Carolina is slowing the “revolving door” of repeat offenses, says Horry County solicitor.

Several people have reached out to WMBF asking why some individuals repeatedly accused of crimes are continuously allowed bond.
