The Great Junk Hunt Returns to Nashville This May

Whether on a large road trip or a small one, if I see a vendor mall or a giant flea market I’ve never visited, I will make time to go. If I’m being honest, such trips have ended with me coming up empty more often than the other way around. But when that perfect treasure presents itself, I will know, and it will make its way to the car.

It’s the thrill of the hunt. It’s always the thrill of the hunt. Come to think of it, I should stop by more antique shops than I do, but that’s a little off track. Let’s get back to the hunt. If that’s your game, too, we both have reason to be excited about the first weekend in May at the Nashville Fairgrounds.

The Great Junk Hunt

If you’re not Kentucky Derby-ing on May 2nd, maybe you’ll be “junking it up” in Nashville at the Fairgrounds. If you’re a collector or a treasure hunter (whichever term you like to use), I have no doubt you’ll enjoy searching a wide variety of home goods, vintage items of all kinds, antiques, and so much more. There will be live music, and food trucks will be plentiful at the Great Junk Hunt.

If you’re already planning the trip, take a look at a preview from last spring’s extravaganza…
