Wisconsin traffic stop yields significant amount of cocaine, 2 from out-of-state arrested

TOMAH, Wis. (WFRV) – Over 145 grams of cocaine were seized during a traffic stop in western Wisconsin that led to the arrest of a man from Indiana and a man from Illinois.

Deputies with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office say the incident began with a traffic stop on a vehicle without headlights around 8:20 p.m. on March 18. The vehicle was stopped on I-94 near Tomah.

Probable cause was reportedly established during the stop for drugs in the vehicle, leading to a search that yielded 145.5 grams of cocaine…
