CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Linn County judge decided to give possession of vehicles at Sky Auto Mall back to car maker Stellantis as part of a fraud lawsuit.
No one from Sky Auto was at the Renewed Motion for Immediate Issuance of Writ of Replevin and Possession of Property hearing Friday afternoon.
