Thus far in its thirteen years of service, Original ChopShop has dotted its brick-and-mortar locations across more than 27 spots — 14 in Texas alone — including Phoenix, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, College Station, Tucson, and Atlanta. The restaurant’s newest location will debut on Wednesday, March 25 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 105 E.
