(WLUK) — A record-breaking blizzard is sparking a fundraiser for two area homeless shelters.
Northeast Wisconsin was buried in snow from Blizzard Elsa earlier this week. The National Weather Service says the blizzard dumped 26.6 inches at its Ashwaubenon office, making Blizzard Elsa the second-largest snowstorm ever for Green Bay and the snowiest in 138 years.
To mark this historic occasion, FOX 11 is teaming up again with Team Apparel to sell Blizzard Elsa t-shirts, with the proceeds going toward St. John’s Ministries Emergency Shelter Services in Green Bay and Pillars Crisis Housing in Appleton…
