HOUSTON, TEXAS — A warning from Houston police has turned into an active manhunt after a 30-year-old suspect was caught on camera illegally dumping trash and furniture along a city street.
Authorities identified the suspect as Joseph Anthony Vega, who is now wanted by the Houston Police Department’s Environmental Investigations Squad. The case stems from an incident on Swingle Street, where surveillance footage allegedly shows Vega discarding large amounts of waste in a public area.
Caught on Camera Dumping Waste
According to police, the incident involved Vega unloading trash bags and bulky items, including furniture, from a vehicle and leaving them along the roadside. Images released by authorities appear to show the suspect in the act, standing near a white pickup truck surrounded by scattered debris.
