Traffic got tense along one of Edmond’s busiest stretches Thursday evening as police rushed to reports of a possible shooting near the Interstate 35 and Sooner Road interchange, sending cruisers into the north-south corridor while drivers scrambled for detours and details were slow to surface. According to KOCO, a news crew was headed to the scene and the station said its coverage would be updated as more information came in.
