Right now, the buffet scene feels pretty limited around Rockford. You’ve got a couple of solid go-to, sure… but when you really think about it, the variety just isn’t like it used to be. I have a brilliant idea: get rid of a couple car washes and slots places and let’s add a few extra buffets!

I remember when I was a kid and my parents would bring us every weekend to Hometown Buffet. Now you drive by and it’s a furniture store.. makes me cry every time I pass it.
