Rural Missourians frustrated with roadway litter take cleanup into their own hands

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – While Springfield works on cleaning city streets for the Route 66 centennial, some Missourians in rural communities are hoping to see cleaner roadways, too.

Along State ZZ highway south of Wilson’s Creek, one woman has made it her mission to clean up the road.
