Wichita man who pled no-contest to involuntary manslaughter receives 5-year sentence

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A Wichita man who pleaded no-contest last month to involuntary manslaughter and interference with a law enforcement officer was sentenced on Friday in Sedgwick County Court.

Ricardo Talavera was sentenced to five years in jail along with a two-year post-release supervision.
