PHOENIX — A woman is in critical condition after a hit-and-run in west Phoenix on Friday morning, authorities said.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, officers responded to 43rd and Orangewood avenues for reports of collision involving a pedestrian around 11:47 a.m.
