AKRON, Ohio (WJW) – Crews responded to a crash in Akron that shut down part of Interstate 76 on Thursday night.
The Summit County Sheriff’s Office took to Facebook around 9 p.m., confirming that I-76 westbound was closed near S. Arlington Road “due to an accident involving a tanker truck.”
The crash was also reported by the Ohio Department of Transportation, which stated that all westbound lanes were blocked.
The scene has since been cleared…
