U.S. Marshal’s Office captured fugitive on the run for 10 years in Schenectady

SCHENECTADY, NY (WRGB) — A fugitive wanted in New Jersey was apprehended in the Capital Region this week after a decade on the run from law enforcement.

Adan Lemus, 49, was initially arrested on charges of criminal sexual contact in 2013 after he allegedly used physical force on a victim for sexual gratification.
