BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Authorities confirm a man accused in a 2025 fatal shooting has been arrested after he failed to appear on those murder charges.
The Birmingham Police Department’s Crime Reduction Team arrested 19-year-old Remeon Lewis of Birmingham for failure to appear on murder charges in connection to the death of Demarious Cherry in 2025.
