Fausto Angel Cabo, 21, of New York City, was pulled over around 1:35 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, near the River Edge border on New Bridge Road, New Milford Police Capt. Kevin Van Saders said.
Officer Shane Churaman stopped the vehicle for multiple equipment and moving violations. As officers approached the car, they observed “in plain view a large bag containing suspected packaged marijuana and numerous smaller marijuana packages,” Van Saders said.
