A 42-year-old Marion County woman was arrested after more than 20,000 pounds of litter, including scrap metal, beer cans, and household garbage, was allegedly found near her home.
Back on Thursday, January 29, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office corporal arrived at a home located on SW 200th Court in Umatilla after receiving reports that the property was “constantly in disarray and covered in household garbage, scrap metal, mattresses, [and] beer cans,” according to the arrest report.
