COLUMBIA, S.C. — Columbia Police are investigating a shooting that happened early Saturday morning.
A department spokesperson said the shooting happened around 5 a.m. Officers were initially dispatched to a convenience store in the 3200 block of Farrow Road, where the victim had arrived seeking help.
Authorities later determined that the shooting happened nearby in the 2200 block of Academy Street. Police have since processed the scene. Authorities said the man who was shot didn’t have life-threatening injuries…
