MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — For years, people have said they have been victims of scams orchestrated by a Marshall County man. On Friday, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office says the man has been arrested.
Back in late 2019, Trey Harrell was driving his landscape truck when it broke down outside of Jaron Reed’s shop: Rocket City Auto.
