Residents at Aurora Luxury Apartments in Madison County, owned by Kittle Property Group, say they have been living in unstable conditions due to ongoing power issues. The situation has left some units without electricity for nearly three weeks.
As of today, some tenants in building three have been told they must vacate their homes. Some residents say they were given just 48 hours to move out, while others said their notice was longer. There were also claims of potential arrest if they did not comply.
“According to them, they (property management) say they offered hotel accommodations, but no one ever really got those, specific people got those, but in my case, I have not got that,” said one anonymous resident. “And the power has been out for 15 days and they haven’t really done much to do anything other than send occasional emails here or there, but nothing else.”…
