KALAMAZOO COUNTY, Mich. — A woman is facing multiple charges after leading Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s deputies on a dangerous high‑speed chase that began on US‑131 and ended with a crash on I‑94 Friday night.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, a deputy first spotted the southbound vehicle near Stadium Drive, noting it was traveling at a high rate of speed and swerving in and out of its lane. Suspecting the driver might be impaired, the deputy attempted a traffic stop, but the driver refused to pull over.
